Roasted Pepper and Fresh Mozzarella Sandwich

Roasting your own peppers is one of those small things that makes a sandwich taste so much better. They go soft and sweet and a little smoky, which is perfect against creamy fresh mozzarella.

Add some roasted garlic, avocado and basil on good bread and you’ve got a lunch worth slowing down for. It’s simple but it feels like a treat.
